Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities [prospecting], delivering compelling sales presentations [in-person], building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Travel within the designated service area required.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
• Proven ability to excel in Relationship Building and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Experience in the commercial roofing or construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is beneficial
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. and climb ladder

Compensation: $75,000–$190,000 (Base salary + commission)
