Job Summary

The Account Executive is a relationship-focused individual that will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building market share and driving revenue within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
  • Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow‑up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share.
  • Build market share (and commissions) by earning business from residential Realtors, lenders and attorneys.
  • Engage in B2B relationship building and add value by differentiating yourself and the Company.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in‑person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings, prepare presentations and proposals.
  • Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan for the account.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 full years of field sales experience.
  • History of success (prior sales experience, grades, part‑time employment, internships, awards, etc.).
  • Some experience in the real estate industry can be helpful, but it is not necessary.
  • Effective customer relations skills.
  • A driven, decisive, organized, and results‑oriented approach.
  • A strong knowledge of document imaging products and general office computing.
  • Presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills that set you apart.
  • Will need to be active in local associations and on committees and also willing to attend occasional customer events.
