Job Summary
The Account Executive is a relationship-focused individual that will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building market share and driving revenue within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow‑up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share.
- Build market share (and commissions) by earning business from residential Realtors, lenders and attorneys.
- Engage in B2B relationship building and add value by differentiating yourself and the Company.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in‑person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings, prepare presentations and proposals.
- Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan for the account.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 full years of field sales experience.
- History of success (prior sales experience, grades, part‑time employment, internships, awards, etc.).
- Some experience in the real estate industry can be helpful, but it is not necessary.
- Effective customer relations skills.
- A driven, decisive, organized, and results‑oriented approach.
- A strong knowledge of document imaging products and general office computing.
- Presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills that set you apart.
- Will need to be active in local associations and on committees and also willing to attend occasional customer events.
