Job Description
Cailleo Properties (iBuyWI) is hiring an Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing Acquisitions Team. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

- Attend daily seller appointments set by our Inside Sales Team
- Work closely with the Acquisitions Inside Sales Team to ensure seamless appointment transitions
- Negotiate purchase contracts with sellers
- Perform follow-up tasks after contract signings and collaborate with Transaction Coordination
- Nurture qualified leads and follow up until contract ready
- Respond urgently to incoming lead communications
- Maintain impeccable CRM records
- Meet or exceed established KPIs

CompensationThis is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
. Closers who meet or exceed quota typically earn well into six figures in their first year. During onboarding and training (up to the first 90 days), compensation is $3,000 per month.

Experience in sales or real estate is helpful but not required. We prioritize character, culture fit, and skill — industry knowledge can be trained.

You may be required to train in our Green Bay office during weekdays for certain weeks. Lodging will be provided during in-office training.
