Job Title: Territory Sales Associate
Location: Deforest, WI
Join Loffredo Fresh Foods as a Territory Sales Associate based out of our Deforest, WI Branch. We are a local, family-owned food and produce distributor that has proudly served the Midwest region for over 130 years. We distribute to 11 different states across our 6 locations.

The Territory Sales Associate at Loffredo Fresh Foods is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of food service accounts by building strong relationships with current customers and by identifying & onboarding new customers. Key duties include upselling products, providing industry insights, overseeing order fulfillment, resolving customer issues, and analyzing sales trends to enhance client satisfaction. This role is responsible for maintaining and working a new business pipeline.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, procurement, and customer service to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the Territory Sales Associate will track performance metrics, report sales forecasts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Pay: Base Salary + Commission + Car Reimbursement

- Previous experience in account management, sales, business development, food service, or restaurant industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Passion for delivering excellent service and creating value for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person and electronic communication
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and grow a portfolio of food service accounts – both existing and cold call on new business
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Upsell new products and services to existing accounts
