• Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage and options based on their needs
• Verify information provided by potential insured individuals regarding insurance and driving history
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads to encourage purchases and service existing customer policies

• Must have or be prepared to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Thorough understanding of company guidelines with the ability to communicate them effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of market trends and regulations in the insurance industry
