Legacy Partners Group, located in Madison, WI, is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The role involves building client relationships, servicing existing clients, and developing new business opportunities. We are looking for a self‑motivated individual who prioritizes clients and can effectively sell insurance solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Associate’s Degree
• 1+ year experience in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or estate planning is a plus
• Experience with Redtail and Wealth Box CRM is a plus
• Annuitiy sales experience is a plus
• Must be able to obtain a Life Insurance License and Notary Public Stamp

• Knowledge of insurance programs and ability to answer prospect questions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑motivated
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated confidence and skill in public speaking

• Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Present and explain insurance policies and options
• Maintain accurate records and workflow using Wealth Box CRM
• Collaborate with the financial planning team to deliver integrated solutions
• Stay current on insurance regulations, products, and industry trends

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Commission‑based compensation with earning potential up to $100K in the first year

• Monday – Friday (40‑hour work week, hours will vary)
• Attendance at a few client seminars per month (6pm‑8pm)
