Position Summary
Responsible for developing new client relationships through proactive selling and relationship management, with a particular focus on non‑profit relationship development. The AVP Community Engagement will primarily identify and establish new non‑profit and small‑business clients, working closely with internal partners to ensure smooth onboarding and to deepen existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business, private banking, and personal relationships with a focus on non‑profit relationships.
- Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of business and non‑profit relationships.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the community by representing Park Bank at networking events.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent post‑secondary coursework (equivalents accepted).
- Minimum 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Strong sales and relationship‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions, repeating motions that may include wrists, hands, or fingers, and communicating with others to exchange information.
