• Provide exceptional customer service to our existing residents and serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home.
• Conduct tours of the property and follow up on all leads.
• Process rental applications and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain resident and property files.
• Answer incoming phone calls/emails/texts and respond accordingly.
• Develop a knowledge of properties and local market conditions and trends.
• Participate in resident social events and activities.
• Conduct move-out inspections.
• Physically inspect the community, pick up litter and report service needs.
• Perform all duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

The hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm M-F and 10am-3pm every other Saturday during the leasing season, with time off during the week to compensate for weekend hours.
