• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs.
• Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. Use the strength of the well-known brand to generate referrals and prospect additional customers.
• Represent a quality brand in the industry with pre-qualified leads and a strong in-home sales process.

• Valid driver's license, vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards, and the ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
