Responsibilities include:

• Regularly communicating with clients to follow up on their questions and concerns.
• Conducting initial interviews and filling out a needs assessment to determine a client's unique situation.
• Evaluating all available products and offering clients choices and options.
• Remaining educated on industry updates and changes with the support of our back office.
• Communicating with team members to support the community.
• Becoming a subject matter expert to support clients.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• A valid driver's license.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good computer and software skills.
• A teachable spirit.
