Base Pay: $80,000 to $100,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

• Understand and recommend Orkin’s termite protection services.

• Perform thorough inspections, solve problems, and build trusted relationships.

• Communicate solutions confidently with customers, using the iPad and sales agreements.

• Prospect new business, schedule appointments, and use company resources to achieve goals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company paid)
• Independent field work and client interaction

• Use ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE; may require OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Work in varied weather conditions
