As a Sales Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our continued success by handling inbound calls and leads and providing essential support for our sales staff and customers. This role offers a solid foundation for understanding our products, services, and customer base, equipping you with the skills and experience needed to excel in larger sales roles. By mastering the fundamentals of sales processes and building strong customer relationships, you’ll be well-positioned for future opportunities within the company, including advanced sales and leadership roles.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with assigned sales representatives to address inquiries and provide timely support.
- Manage inbound phone and emails for assigned customer segments.
- Conduct thorough research, evaluate, and distribute sales leads efficiently.
- Assist with the returns process, working closely with customers and vendors.
- Prepare freight quotes and assist with freight claims and warranty issues as needed.
- Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should be able to demonstrate the competencies or have attained the skill levels listed below.
- Call Center or Inside Sales experience and understanding of athletic sports and field maintenance. Baseball/Softball experience desired, not required.
- Highly organized and efficient; capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills – Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information through excellent written and verbal communication both internally and externally.
- Multi-tasking Skills – Ability to multi-task and prioritize day to day responsibilities and services in an unpredictable environment.
