Alpha Graphics-Madison, a rapid-response printing company, seeks a highly motivated and experienced print Account Rep. Join our fast-paced, growth-oriented company specializing in offset and digital printing, high-speed color and B&W copying, graphic design, large-format printing, and signs.

Candidate would work out of the Madison office supporting both our Milwaukee and Madison business development efforts.

Primary responsibilities include:

• maintenance of house accounts
• estimating
• customer-direct account management
• internal project management with production staff
• customer service
• job consultation

Additional responsibilities:

• in person and phone meetings
• targeted pop-in marketing material drop-offs

This position offers significant opportunity for advancement in income. Opportunity to develop into account manager or outside sales representative.

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, energetic personality, and the ability to easily manage shifting priorities without being overwhelmed. Must be a team player who is willing to contribute in all areas of our growing operation and above all, treat our customers to exceptional service.

Candidates must have a printing background.

College Degree Required.
