We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as full‑time Furniture Sales Professionals. You will receive comprehensive training and hands‑on support to help you succeed and build a rewarding career.

• Warmly greet customers and engage in conversation about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Explain financing options and answer any questions the customer has about payment plans.
• Close the sale and ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
• Invite the customer to return and maintain ongoing communication.
• Operate with honesty and demonstrate integrity in every step of the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience, but not required.
• Passion for doing a great job and earning a good income.
• Desire to control your earning potential.
• Career‑focused mindset.
• Outgoing personality and ability to have fun.
• Confidence and willingness to learn through our training program.
• Commitment to helping customers with utmost integrity.
• Computer literacy.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
