• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal‑oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of the loans, terms and options.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual – Spanish.

On site – Monday‑Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed (may include Saturday).
