We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly driven sales professional with a hunter mentality, who is self-motivated and has a proven track record of navigating the sales cycle, working with CRM, selling commercial equipment, and building strong relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing the company's customer base.

You will be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our business.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.
• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities within the commercial equipment sector.
• Utilize CRM to track, measure, and analyze sales activities and strategies.
• Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial equipment industry.
• Demonstrable experience with CRM software and sales cycle management.
• Strong hunter mentality, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
