Summary
The Retail Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and financial performance of Dellshire Resort’s retail outlets, including the Main Lobby Retail Shop and the Family Entertainment Center (FEC)/Concessions Retail location. This role oversees daily operations, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and guest experience to ensure both locations reflect the immersive Dellshire brand while driving revenue and profitability. The Retail Manager serves as a culture leader, developing a team that delivers exceptional service and creates memorable guest interactions aligned with Dellshire Resort’s commitment to imagination, wonder, and togetherness.
