As a Shift Leader at our Madison WI store located at 462 State St, Madison WI 53703
, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You will also take pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?
- Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their experience
- Support store operations during your shift by maintaining communication, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team accountability, and assisting in training and coaching team members
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, adhering to food safety practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
DESIRED SKILLS/
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with Point of Sale systems
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
