Manage daily store operations, ensuring cost control, inventory, cash control and customer relations. Lead the crew and maintain company standards.

• Handle all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, schedule maintenance, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
• Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image/walk‑through compliance.
• Attendance and punctuality.

• Must be 18 or older.
• Strong judgment, math skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, writing, telephone skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, climb, stoop, bend, squat, reach, and perform hand/eye tasks.
• Valid driver's license; access to insured vehicle for delivery.

Exposure to varying temperatures, weather, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and mechanical parts. Requires walking, climbing stairs, delivering within a designated area.
