Retail Grocery Associate - Inventory

Join WIS International as a Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory specialist. This role focuses on counting and recording inventory accurately while ensuring a safe and organized retail environment. Work in a dynamic setting that values teamwork, precision, and dedication.

Starting Wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (productivity‑based increases up to $5.00 over the first six months).

Hours: Part‑time with flexible schedules, including traditional and non‑traditional shifts. The more you’re available, the more you can earn.

What You Will Do
  • Count and record inventory with high precision.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow for accuracy and speed.
  • Move between inventory locations, standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

  • Maintain a positive, inclusive environment for customers and coworkers.
Team Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse roles is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for full shifts.
  • Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and consistency.
  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • No inventory experience required—training provided.
  • Open to candidates who have no degree, are returning to the workforce, or have military experience.
