A Style Consultant is a team member who focuses on strong operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for in-store presentations, pricing, and ensuring the floor is stocked and organized to support quick guest discovery.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the sales floor, and locate items in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from fittings to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up with compliance to applicable laws.
• Greet guests and assist with tasks to solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and helping others, including teammates.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, physically active role with teamwork and problem solving.
• You are open to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong interest in apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members; effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment as directed; work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurate cash handling as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
