The Furniture Delivery Assistant works alongside delivery drivers to ensure furniture is delivered safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition to customers. Responsibilities include loading and unloading furniture from delivery vehicles, assembling and placing items according to customer instructions, and ensuring all products are handled with care to prevent damage.

• Deliver furniture and merchandise in a timely, professional manner while ensuring no damage to products or customers’ property.
• Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and professional customer service, meeting quality standards and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Consistently seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations and enhance their delivery experience.
• Follow all relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation, ensuring passengers also comply with safety requirements.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and protocols for vehicle operation and product handling.

• Ability to work as a team, establish priorities, and be professional.
• Ability to maintain a positive professional attitude with peers and management.
• Ability to provide superior customer service to all customers.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing 100‑150 pounds.
