• Must be available to work on campus for much of June, July, and August
• Interest in ecology, evolution, botany, and/or related fields demonstrated through coursework and/or previous employment
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow research protocols
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Capability to work effectively within a diverse team in shared spaces

• Previous coursework or experience related to ecology, evolution, or botany
• Familiarity with data processing software
• Experience working in a laboratory or research setting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
