Why PUP

We pride ourselves on being different than other property management companies. This applies to how tenants and employees are treated, amenities we include in rent, tenant events and services, how properties are maintained and kept, and our level of community support and involvement.

We believe in making the employees the best they can be and supporting them in finding a place to thrive.

Once you are a part of the PUP family, we’ll work with you to support your career goals.

You’ve done at least one year working in a fast-paced environment and are ready to work with the best.

You’re organized, motivated, friendly and confident.

You’ll work as a part of a team that works together to provide an excellent experience to every prospect, tenant, vendor and owner.

Almost immediately, you’ll have access to company paid health and dental.

Don’t need it?

We’ll give you a little extra each month instead.

Need a vacation or sick day?

Paid time off is available for all full-time staff in addition to the paid holidays.

Need to go to the doctor's office or get a haircut?

Each PUP employee gets an additional hour a week for self-care because we understand the importance of mental, emotional, and physical health.

Also, since we know you don’t plan on working forever, we offer a 401(k) plan and matching.
