• Salary of $15.00 per hour
• Opportunity to work in a picturesque research and teaching facility with diverse ecosystems

• Patrol the grounds and maintain over 17 miles of trails
• Safely utilize tools for trail maintenance and land management tasks
• Implement erosion control and manage trail drainage
• Provide security and care for the Arboretum Visitor Center on weekends
• Educate visitors through daily interactions and maintain records of phenology data

• Must hold a valid driver’s license that meets employer standards
• Must be an enrolled student for the Fall 2026 semester
• Ability to work independently and reliably in various weather conditions
• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with Arboretum visitors
• Willingness to perform physical work outdoors year-round

• CPR/AED certification preferred, but not required
