• Epic EMR experience required; experience within the last 12 months strongly preferred
• 24-hour orientation with comprehensive onboarding to unit procedures and protocols
• Work with advanced cardiac technology including CRRT (NxStage), IABP, Impella, LVAD, ECMO, and more

Requirements:

• Current Wisconsin RN license or compact license from permanent address state (must be in hand at submittal)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in CVICU specialty
• CVICU experience required with demonstrated knowledge of Next Stage CVVH machine
• Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable area preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association only
• Basic Arrhythmia experience; must pass telemetry exam prior to start with strict criteria (80% or higher, 100% identification of lethal rhythms)
• Comprehensive critical care skills including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac drips, CRRT, and surgical intensive care
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from work site
