Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Interventional and Structural Heart Cardiology (Finance) Work Schedule100%, day shift working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Currently no weekends or holidays however subject to change based on future service needs. You will work at University Hospital, Arbor Gate clinic and/or Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI.
Pay- The pay range listed reflects both titles.

Responsibilities- Synthesize and interpret data for patient care in various clinic settings.
- Manage pre and post procedural patients for interventional and structural heart patients, including H&Ps, consenting, admitting, rounding and facilitating discharges at University Hospital.
- Conduct independent ambulatory clinic visits seeing a sub-set of interventional and structural heart patient conditions including aortic, mitral and tricuspid valve disease, post-procedure patients and pre-operative risk stratification patients.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary care meetings for complex coronary interventions and structural heart cases.

Minimum:
- If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
- If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
- Preferred - Two years of APP ambulatory experience.
Minimum:
- If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Adult;
Adult/Gerontology Acute Care;
Adult/Gerontology Primary Care;
Family;
Gerontology. - If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have:
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
