Labor and Delivery RN
Hourly pay rate: $53
Start Date: 3/16
Shift: 7p-7a
Contract 13 weeks
Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.
Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and interpret electronic fetal monitoring.
Assist physicians and midwives with deliveries, including cesarean sections when needed.
Administer medications and manage pain relief or other treatments.
Educate and support patients and families on labor progress, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
Respond to obstetric emergencies and complications using evidence-based protocols.
Accurately document patient care, assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure positive outcomes and patient safety.
Certification Requirements
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP
State License Requirements
