Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - $10,000 Sign-on bonus-Weekend Option Nights

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend nights

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Schedule: 7 P.M.

- 7:30 A.M.

Compensation: up to $63.50 with competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities
  • Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
  • Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
  • Document promptly and accurately using appropriate systems.
  • Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
  • Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
  • Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events.
  • Instruct and counsel patients/families.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • BLS certification required at hire.
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical experience.
