This is a 100% FTE, full‑time salaried position with typical hours between 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department; some off‑hours and weekends may be required. The position rotates among University Hospital (1 S Park St) and Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI.

Wisconsin’s top‑ranked hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated RN clinic supervisor to lead a dedicated team of nurses within the fast‑paced adult urology specialty in the outpatient setting.

• Assist the RN clinic manager in leading the day‑to‑day operation and coordination of patient care services in the adult ambulatory setting.
• Supervise and manage a team of 29 direct reports, including RNs and LPNs, across three different urology clinic locations.
• Promote staff continuing education and evidence‑based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
• Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines while establishing and focusing on quality improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Required
• 2 years of RN experience – Required
• 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience – Preferred
• RN licensed in the state where employed – Required
• Applicable clinical certification – Preferred
