Madison Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. Duties / Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive outpatient, inpatient and ER care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.
- Masters degree from an accredited nursing and nurse practitioner program
- Current RN and APNP licenses in Minnesota
- National NP certification
- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- Current PA certification by NCCPA
- Licensure by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care/ER required
- DEA certification or eligibility.
- BLS, ACLS, CALS, PALS or ATLS certifications preferred (required by end of orientation).
