Panhandle Support Services, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor to oversee quality, compassionate home care services in compliance with state and federal regulations.
This is an ideal opportunity for an RN who enjoys clinical leadership, autonomy, and meaningful community impact — without the demands of bedside nursing.
Schedule & Location- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Office: 1 Avenue C, Building #109, Madison, WV 25130
- Service Area: Boone, Kanawha, Clay, Nicholas, Logan, Wyoming, and McDowell counties
$60,000 – $65,000 annually
, based on home care experience

- Mileage reimbursement
- Conduct initial, annual, and six-month client assessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Ensure services meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to support staff
- Partner with office leadership to ensure accurate documentation and coordinated care
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1+ year of home care nursing experience required
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for serving elderly and disabled populations
