Job Overview

The WILDWOOD FAMILY CLINIC is a leader in providing exceptional health care. We are hiring an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse to deliver quality nursing care in a full‑time (40 hours per week) fast‑paced environment.

• Provide telephone triage and health advice to patients of all ages.
• Coordinate same‑day appointments and assist providers as needed.
• Administer out‑patient injections and document clinical data clearly.
• Make independent decisions and engage patients with strong critical thinking and assessment abilities.
• Work out of both locations (4901 Cottage Grove Rd, Madison, WI and 251
  
  E. Cottage Grove Rd, Cottage Grove, WI) with own transportation.

• Registered Nurse with phone triage experience (new grads excluded).
• Knowledge of Epic preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and sense of humor.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment abilities.
