Overview
We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI. This full-time day shift role involves three 12-hour shifts with an every-other-weekend rotation, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities- Lead nursing staff, oversee patient care, ensure documentation accuracy, and promote quality improvement.
- Valid RN license
- BLS
- ACLS within 6 months
- Preferred candidates have 2+ years of nursing experience and supervisory skills
