Overview
We are hiring a full-time Nursing Supervisor (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI, working night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and collaboration with the care team.
- Utilize EPIC for documentation, interpret diagnostic data, and promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Qualifications include a valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months. Preferred candidates have 2+ years RN experience and supervisory/managerial background.
