Dedicated Registered Nurse (RN)

• Maintain accurate and thorough daily documentation of all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Precisely transcribe physicians’ orders onto MARs (Medication Administration Records) and treatment sheets, ensuring fidelity to the plan of care.
• Coordinate effectively with the pharmacy for new orders, refills, and medication changes, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
• Prepare, safely administer, and document all medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, performing all other essential nursing duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

• Must possess an active and completely unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of Wisconsin.
