Job Description
100% FTE, Monday–Friday, typically 8:00am – 4:30pm. Hours may vary based on operational needs. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

- Direct the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs.
- Lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services.
- Direct and evaluate the department's workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance.
- Prepare and administer revenue budget, operating budget, volume projections, and oversight for FTEs.

- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN), Required
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred
- Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
- Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred
- RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required
- Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
