Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Milwaukee, WI, and surrounding areas.

Our organization is a family-owned hospice committed to providing personalized, compassionate care to patients at the end of life, ensuring comfort, dignity, and peace for patients and their families.

As an NP, you will develop and manage our palliative care program, handle a caseload of patients, and assist with diagnosis, treatment, medication management, assessments, and consultations. Travel to patients' residences or facilities is required.

• Requirements include: a valid APRN and RN license, NPI number or ability to obtain one, driver’s license, and 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred). A controlled substance license and DEA number are preferred.
