Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our well‑established Congestive Heart Failure Clinic! Candidate must have experience in Cardiology!
Full Time Locums Contract, 40-45 Hours per week, Monday-Friday, No Weekends! 6-month Full Time locums contract! Paid Malpractice, Housing, Rental Car and MUCH MORE!
This APP position (NP or PA) focuses on outpatient cardiology care, specifically within the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) clinic. The CHF clinic operates in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting, emphasizing patient‑centered care and continuity.
Duties include but are not limited to: outpatient care for patients with heart failure and related cardiovascular conditions, including assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and patient education. Collaborating with cardiology and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining evidence‑based documentation, and counseling patients on lifestyle modification and disease management.
Schedule- Standard Monday–Friday, daytime clinic hours (often ~8:00 am–5:00 pm)
- No call or weekend requirements!
- The role is primarily outpatient focused
- Masters Degree (NP or PA)
- APP board certification
- Wisconsin State License or Eligible
- Candidates with experience in cardiology or related internal medicine
