Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Lead and direct shift personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards are met;
Communicate production schedules, project status updates, and project specifications with team members;
Document all activities that occur on the shift such as job progression, operational problems, or personnel issues;
Operate equipment for printing, finishing, and shipping within production standards according to quality, rate of speed, and waste;
Provide daily updates to the production supervisor on the status of all work in progress
