Actionet is looking to hire a Sr. Site Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee installation activities and serve as the primary point of contact at deployment sites. This role is responsible for coordinating personnel, managing installation schedules, and ensuring site survey, staging, integration, and testing activities are executed in accordance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall site schedule and personnel management.
  • Facilitates the distribution of AITs across base efforts and cross-base staffing requirements to maintain agile, lean, and efficient survey teams.
  • Coordinates site survey and installation logistics with CACI, subcontractors, and customer teams.
  • Manages equipment staging, integration, cutover, and testing for site installations in accordance with the PWS, SOR, SPRIP, and contract requirements.
  • Requires permanent relocation to the Asia‑Pacific region to support on‑site operations.
  • Leads on‑site coordination with the USG IPT Leader for the Kickoff Meeting (KOM) with subcontractors and USG POCs.
  • Ensures safety compliance to protect personnel and property in accordance with OSHA, local government, and installation regulations.
  • Oversees Quality and Safety directives, ensuring all contract specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Applies experience with Inside/Outside Plant (ISP/OSP) performance requirements, including:
    • Data Design Guidance
    • Site‑specific or unique requirements
    • EIA/TIA standards
    • Commercial Building Wiring Standard (EIA/TIA 568‑A)
    • RUS Telecommunications Standards for Outside Plant 1751F‑643
  • Plans and supervises on‑site implementation of major networking and data center designs.
  • Verifies site, building, and room‑specific Bills of Materials (BOMs), including labor units for each project.
  • Manages post‑site survey verification processes, documenting and reporting all changes that impact installation design.
  • Evaluates project designs for accuracy using detailed material lists, design drawings, and Statements of Work for subcontracted or bid work.
  • Monitors installation team progress, quality, and workmanship, reporting status and issues to the Program Manager.
  • Coordinates with installation end‑user POCs, including providing advance notification of work schedules that may impact operational areas.
Requirements
  • Degree:
    Technical BA/BS degree
  • Experience:

    7 years with BA/BS degree
  • Commensurate:
    High School diploma or associate degree with a minimum of 10 years performing as a Manager in DoD or commercial environment supporting large, complex networks
  • Specific

    Skills:

    Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of AutoCAD; proficient with MS Project and other software applications as required; minimum of 3 years of experience managing telecommunications and/or data center projects
  • Certification(s): 30‑hour OSHA Construction Safety Class preferred
