Shift: 1st Shift – Mon–Thurs 5:30 AM–3:00 PM;
Fri 5:30 AM–9:30 AM

The Assembler I performs routine assembly operations of a repetitive nature to produce quality products per product specifications. This is an entry-level role ideal for those looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.

• Assemble product and sub-assemblies according to written documentation.
• Test functional performance of assemblies using meters and test equipment.
• Perform minimal soldering of components (as needed).
• Use small hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Move material to and from work area.
• Package products per process instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience helpful (not required).
• Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination (working with small parts).
• Able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.

• $1,500 sign‑on bonus (paid after 90 days).
