Job DescriptionThe Assembler I performs routine assembly operations of a repetitive nature to produce quality products per product specifications. This is an entry-level role ideal for those looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Assemble product and sub-assemblies according to written documentation.
- Test functional performance of assemblies using meters and test equipment.
- Perform minimal soldering of components (as needed).
- Use small hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
- Move material to and from work area.
- Package products per process instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing/assembly experience helpful (not required).
- Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination (working with small parts).
- Able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
- $1,500 sign‑on bonus (paid after 90 days).
