Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

The Warehouse Employee supports daily warehouse and production operations by receiving, storing, picking, and preparing materials and finished ice cream products. This role helps ensure accurate inventory, safe product handling, and efficient workflow while maintaining food safety and safety standards.

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for production or shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Work in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow GMPs, food safety, OSHA, and company safety policies.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Accurately complete paperwork or system entries (manual or electronic).
• Use pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus).
• Support production, sanitation, and other departments as assigned.
• Communicate issues related to safety, inventory, or damaged product.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in cold/freezer temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• English required;
  Spanish a plus.

• Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching throughout shift.
• Exposure to cold/freezer temperatures.
• Use of PPE including freezer gear, gloves, and safety footwear.
• Fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
