As a Residential Technician, you’ll assemble ERV units and accessories with accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a safe, positive, and team-oriented production environment.

• Assemble residential ERV units accurately and within established lead times
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards and procedures are met
• Use hand and light power tools safely and effectively
• Apply job knowledge throughout the entire build process
• Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates
• Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Be reliable, punctual, and fully engaged during scheduled work hours

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to perform basic math and read measurements (inches and feet)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and punctuality

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Fine motor skills are required for a variety of functions, especially for wiring components and performing detailed assembly tasks. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

For items over 50 lbs., an assisted device or help from a coworker is used. A variety of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the role and specific tasks, and is subject to change based on safety needs. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
