Position Title
Machine Operator
Wage$20.00 - $22.26 / Hour
Shift / Hours6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM On 2-2-3 Rotation or Monday - Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Machine Operator Responsibilities- Set‑up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce parts to specification
- Machine readiness – inspect machinery, equipment and tooling prior to set‑up; identify issues which adversely affect product requirements
- Identify nonconforming materials/products and work with shift leader for resolution
- Critical inspection of the line for FDA/GMP Requirements
- Ensure part quality meets established standards
- Complete all shift documentation/paperwork
- Shift hand‑off: go over job status and updates with incoming shift
- Participate in safety programs, follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Ability to work in warm environments
- One year manufacturing or related experience with longevity in work history
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, write and speak English to meet training, safety and quality requirements
- Basic math skills
- Computer and software skills
