Millwork Sales & Estimating Specialist

Full-Time | Day Shift (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) | No Weekends

Position Summary

This role supports customers and internal sales teams by estimating, detailing, and selling custom millwork projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, spatial awareness, and enjoys working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are scoped accurately and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone-in customers, along with internal sales staff, in estimating and selling millwork projects
• Support a variety of millwork scopes including trim packages, stair systems, doors, cabinetry, and bench-assembled components
• Produce hand drawings for project approvals, demonstrating a strong three-dimensional understanding of intersecting component parts
• Generate sales orders, research inventory, and manage purchase orders using internal systems
• Collaborate with team members and participate in additional duties as needed to support overall operations

Schedule

• Standard hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Flexible scheduling available to support employee needs
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project-related deadlines
