The role is based in Madison, WI (onsite). Be part of a collaborative, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact.
Where You’ll Make a Difference- Operate across all areas of the NEP plant to support antioxidant production.
- Mix, blend, formulate, and package raw ingredients into finished antioxidant products, rennet paste, liquid coagulants, flavors, and dry blended Lipase powders.
- Monitor and maintain specified parameters for products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Prepare and package samples and special labeled products for customer shipments.
- Load and unload process equipment and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the plant.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation for compliance.
- Assemble and disassemble production equipment as required by SOPs.
- Clean, sanitize, and sterilize production and packaging equipment to meet regulatory standards.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other quality systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent with a proven track record of reliability and teamwork.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment safely.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages and metric measurements.
- Comfortable reading and following detailed written and oral instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs, climbing ladders, and maneuvering heavy loads with assistance.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, email communication, and online safety training.
- Ability to detect color changes and identify production or equipment issues.
- Knowledge of quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, NSF, and ICH Q7.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or chemical production environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality assurance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing workloads.
