A day running the digital press.

Join our print team in Madison, WI 53704, where precision and technology meet. As a Digital Print Press Technician, you’ll keep our digital presses humming, turning files into flawless finished pieces.

• Prepare, set up, and operate digital printing presses for a range of project types.
• Continuously inspect output and fine-tune press settings to maintain consistent, high-caliber color and image quality.
• Handle routine maintenance, cleaning, and first-line troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with design and production teammates to meet specifications, schedules, and quality targets.
• Document production runs, materials usage, settings, and any issues for traceability and improvement.
• Follow safety procedures and uphold quality standards throughout every run.

• 3–6+ months of machine operator experience preferred.
• Background as a digital press operator (or related) preferred, not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for quality.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and mechanical aptitude.
• Collaborative approach and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Shop math skills
• Basic computer skills

Compensation note:
The listed pay rate does not include any shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.
