• Perform maintenance and repair of all MRF equipment such as balers, conveyor belts, forklifts, etc.
• Assuring that all recycling equipment meets certain safety standards
• Improving safe operation of MRF equipment while decreasing the overall downtime
• Performing daily inspections and preventative maintenance on all MRF equipment
• Performing other job related duties as assigned

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and responsible for independent decisions
• Previous experience and/or willingness to learn and be trained on MRF equipment and repair maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Regularly handle the lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
