We are a rapidly growing performance marketing agency specializing in Paid Social and Retail Media for leading food, beverage and CPG brands. Our offices are located on the West side in Madison, WI. Over the past few years we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering measurable growth for our clients across platforms like Meta, Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect, and other retail media ecosystems.
Our agency is entering its next phase of growth. With strong momentum, expanding client partnerships, and increasing demand for retail media expertise, we are building the leadership team that will help scale the company to the next level and continue A+ services to our clients.
The Role:The Director of Operations serves as the operational leader of the agency. This in-office role, oversees the execution and performance of all client accounts while managing the Associate Directors responsible for Paid Social and Retail Media.
This person ensures the agency runs efficiently, client work is delivered at the highest standard, and the team is positioned to support continued growth.
As the company scales, this role will help build the systems, structure, and accountability needed to support a growing roster of brands and an expanding team.
Team LeadershipDirectly manage the Associate Directors leading each media team:
- Associate Director – Paid Social
- Associate Director – Retail Media
Each Associate Director oversees two team members responsible for campaign management and execution.
Responsibilities include:- Supporting team leaders in managing their teams
- Coaching on client strategy and operational execution
- Ensuring clear ownership of accounts and deliverables
- Driving accountability and performance across the organization
Retail media is a core focus of our agency and a rapidly growing part of our client portfolio.
The Director of Operations must have a strong understanding of the retail media ecosystem, including platforms such as:
- Amazon Advertising
- Instacart Ads
- Walmart Connect
- Kroger Precision Marketing
- Other emerging retail media networks (criteo, roundel, citrus, etc.)
This role should be comfortable guiding teams on retail media strategy, understanding performance drivers within retail ecosystems, and ensuring best practices across accounts.
What We’re Looking For:- 6+ years experience in digital marketing, paid media, or agency leadership
- Strong understanding of retail media platforms and strategy
- Experience managing multi-layer teams in an agency environment
- Highly organized and operationally minded
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset
- Ability to maintain execution quality while supporting rapid growth
